Policy on touting

Dear Acsa. Please let us know what your policy is on touting within your controlled areas. I, and your other clients are routinely subjected to unsolicited and aggressive touting from taxi companies. (within the secure arrivals area) and shoe shine services( Cape Town and johanesburg). This, and soliciting of tips from toilet sanitizers seems to be condoned practice. It will be helpful to understand first off what your policies are in this regard. My emails directly to Acsa have not been responded to.
