Paying R480 for 28 minutes of parking at OR Tambo International Airport

22 July 2021. Paid R480 for 28minutes of parking. There was no clear indication where to park as the drop and go were closed and only one boom was open. At PayPoint, the person who spoke to me when I pressed the "help" button was rude, unhelpful, and clearly had an issue with my question. This is not the way to promote South Africa for the tourism industry. Police were present outside on the roads at the airport but no one showed us where to go and park. Paying this amount for 28 minutes of parking is unbelievable and to top that, the "assistance" was even worse. Rudeness, unhelpful, and unwillingly to help is the attitude we have to deal with.
