Pay station

Already it is a problem that people with IRS permits can not enter the airport after they have paid a great amount of money to get this permit. I have been there plenty of times to collect and it was to big and heavy for me to carry outside to the parking. Now the biggest problem is the pay station, they want us to pay a parking ticket but the pay machine NEVER WORKS!!!!!!! We can't use coins and most times the machine does not allow notes. Now you have to stand there while there are people waiting in line and press the "help" button. This feature is horrible waiting for more than 30min. Ticket get more expensive after you had enough you go to the booms and press "help" they take another 10min to answer telling you to go back to the pay station and press help again????? Now that you can't pay the normal way by coins or notes they want you to pay with a bank card? Now I get charged bank charges for that? How can you ask people to pay for a parking ticket if a person can't pay because your machine does not work and the help* options are useless? I really hope someone reads this. Also can't see this will ever be fixed buuuut next time I will make sure I find out who is in charge of this and send alot of emails with legal questions, also will report this problem on hello Peter every time I go there.
