Pax office Secretary in breach of contract

A Secretary at the PAX office by the name of Jasmine is in breach of her contract. She is giving out personal information of employees to people that request details via telephone and email and she was given no consent to do so. What can I do in an instance like this as I feel this is ********* and dangerous.
