27th December 2025 Flight from CPT TO JHB , took flight with Lift Airlines ACSA baggage department does not care about passengers baggage. Luggage bag got damaged badly. informed lift airlines, I was informed they cannot do anything about the matter. informed ACSA no proper feedback given, no any sympathy to re-imburse or compensate for damages. 90% local south african bags are damaged but no international clients get damaged.
