PATHETIC SERVICE

ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC.

I brought my 63 yr old mother (whom is flying for the first time international by herself) to Cape Town International airport so that I can assist her with check in process as well as make sure she gets the wheelchair that was ordered for her.

The USELESS securicor staff refuse to let me assist her and talk in what I can only assume is Xhosa and expect me to react to what she is saying.

Where in the world are you not ALLOWED to assist the elderly or anyone to check in?!?!?

Its not like I am walking into international areas and leaving the country in doing so.
