Pathetic beyond belief

I parked in bay K36 on floor 0. When I returned to my car, I followe 2 signs showing where the pay atation was. Tgere was NO pay atation. The attendant said that they had removed it and not taken the signs away. I was the told to walk back and go up to floor 2 in order to pay the R200. This is totally unacceptable.
