PASSENGERS DEPORTED DUE TO MISINFORMATION

The south african immigration at OR THAMBO airport deported my family back to england as they had forgotten the birth certificate of their minor. Though this was a law, niether did emirates before they departed nor did their travel agency inform them that this document was required. My family, as they landed, were harassed by the immigration representatives, with their luggage and passports taken away, FORCED to sign papers saying they consent to return to england. We requested the officials to allow a space of time and we will have the original birth certificate brought down from England immediately, and also requested them to accept a certified copy of the birth certificate, WHICH ACCORDING TO THE LAW IS ACCEPTABLE, and they blatantly refused! WHO IS GOING TO COMPENSATE FOR THE FINANCIAL AND EMOTIONAL DAMAGE?
