Parking - Online Prebooked

For years we have always make use of the Online Parking ACSA at OR Tambo International Airport to pre booking the parking. Not once in the past year, 10 flights, could we enter and or exit the pre booked parking without a problem at the boom gates. Despite having used different credit cards for different trip the reader has not recognised the card or linked the card to the reservation, twice it has damaged the card. Most often we need to take a ticket and proceed through a looooong rigmarole at the parking office to associate the reservation with the payment. If you don’t have your parking reservation number with you, you are ******ed. For mercy’s sake ACSA, please try to be interested in doing some maintenance and, if you must, pretend that you care about your customers!
