Parking ****mer

Seem like ACSA parking is misleading passages with parking allocation for letting g term parking. The are ACSA people on the parking bays floors with yellow vests and clip boards directing passage to park on Level 3 parkade 2 advising that it is long term parking. One only realised that it's a **** when you return and have to pay an absolutely ridiculous amount and the staff at the parking office just says there is nothing they can do. Really ACSA it is your responsibility as an international airport to ensure that passages and their vehicles are correctly directed. I would like the difference in parking fees refunded to me.
