Parking

My kids were flying to Durban today. When I was looking for parking so that I can accompany them to the terminals I was made aware by the security that I had accidentally parked at the long stay parking. Hardly 5 minutes after when trying to go to the correct parking. When I tried to speak to the operator by the name of Sylvia, she told me to pay the R540 or sleep at the parking. Anyone with common sense could see that was a mistake on my part. Please hire competent people to deal with customers especially since it’s an international airport.
