Parking admin at ORT digraceful

ACSA is another SOE that has failed dismally and nothing is done about it. Every time I have to park at ORT I am appalled by the disgraceful state of ticket issuing and payment equipment. Trying to find a working machine at which to pay requires a long winded treasure hunt. All equipment requires maintenance and these simple machines are no exception....but they are simply neglected. On 16 December when i had my most recent bad experience, some new equipment had been installed but simply malfunctioned requiring me to go to the "Parking Office" where service was rude and shocking Level 2 parking in Parking area 2 has been "closed for a month. When I asked why (as this is the most convenient place to park for international travel. I was told due to "installation of equipment". Really? What a welcome to international visitors.
