overcharged prepaid parking

I have send ACSA prepaid parking an e mail explaining my problem, they do not reply to e mails sent and the telephone keeps on ringing, I tried to leave your parking on tuesday the 24th, my credit card got stuck in the machine, I called the office they reset the machine, I put my card in again and was charged an extra R920, I even left a day early, you need to refund me.
