Outrageous Parking ticket amount

To whom it may concern

I went to OR Tambo to pickup my wife today. I parked in Parkade 2 Level -1. I was inside for about 27 minutes. My ticket was R430 for 27 minutes. Clearly I did not stay long-term and I am asking for a reduction on the ticket price and a refund. I find this price totally unacceptable.
