ORT Parking Paypoints

Parked at ORT in the undercover long term parking level -1 on Tuesday 8 February . On my return, 10 February, I tried to pay for the parking at level -1. The machine was not working. Had to try at the upper levels, to finally get a machine that was in working order. The escalators did not work, and the lifts either out of order or too slow - so I had to lug my heavy luggage up and then back down once paid. Poor poor show from a once world class set-up to not have all of these paypoints working! One even had a sticker saying 'out of order"!
