ORT Long Term Parking - Poor Poor Service and Nobody Replies to complaints

My BMW was kept in their long term parking from 18 June until 6 July. I also asked for the full valet service.

I received my vehicle back and I was extremely disappointed with what I received back.

I sent numerous complaint emails to them, with photographs, and I have still not received any feedback or reply.

The driver mat was still dirty, clearly not cleaned.

The one cup holder is missing. This is an original BMW part.

The left wiper was plucked off and just loosely placed under the wiper arm. Clearly also not cleaned.

There were 2 fuel logbooks in my door storage. The one is missing. This is a crisis as it forms part of my SARS Tax refund.

Overall the car has not been cleaned well and no indication that the car was polished.

After paying a total of R1 450, I really expected better service.
