OR Thambo Info desk lies re Uber

On arrival at OR Thambo International Airport, I walked to information desk to ask where to meet with an Uber vehicle. I was told that there are no Uber vehicles in South Africa, and that his college (standing at the info desk) has a metered taxi to take me to my destination. It is very sad that one gets **** to at an information desk. It is sad that this could be the first experience that tourists to our country could experience.
