OR Thambo Airport

<p>Its terrible how our bags get mishandled at OR Thambo airport. My son traveled the passed weekend with his grandparents. When he arrived home i saw that his bag (that was wrapped) was broken. Looks like it was flung in the air and hit the ground very hard. This is unacceptable. </p>
