OR Tambo staff!!!

My mom and I were travelling to Durban, she was in a wheelchair so we were made to sit in the waiting area for the assisted!!!! What a terrible experience, the staff is unruly and ill mannered. One particular staff member was on her fone from 11:00 till 12:50. One was constantly chewing gum and blowing bubbles making an irritating sound with no regard for the people in the waiting area. We were set to board @ 13pm, I would of thought that since she is assisted she would be fetched 1st, we were fectched late and as a result the porter whose name we didnt get as she was not wearing a name badge had to wait in the line. The experience was horrible.
