OR TAMBO - Parking mismanagement and greed

Extremely disappointed in the way the parking garage is being managed. At a time when a customer has already paid R 60 for parking you are required to pay an additional R 30 at the boom because of a delay that is caused by the traffic in the garage (in lieu of the number of flights landing at the time).

The parking management operates from a place of greed rather than that of decrement!!! The circumstances leading to the additional fee is beyond the customer’s control yet we penalised!!!
