OR Tambo is the usual chaos, failing infrastructure is a constant!

Welcome in South Africa at OR Tambo Internatonal Airport which has become more and more an embarrassment for a failing nation! Yesterday 15 August leaving the airport parking Terminal B with international guests, once again the ticketing machines did not work. After driving around and standing in a long cue managed to get the ticket validated. At the exit, one boom broken, the other blocked with a massive cue of vehicles. Everybody hooting, ringing the help bottom and four lazy ****** staff sitting right in front of the boom playing games on their cell phones rather than assist (oh, apologies, it is not in the job describtion)! Eventually help came, and by then a number of people arriving at the boom only to find out that their ticket expired and the show started again. Guests asked 'does this happen often' and I had to answer yes, all the time. Being at OR Tambo on a regular basis out of 10 times I have trouble 8 times. The infrastructure is not maintained, booms not working, ticketing machines in a constant breakdown ext ext, yet one pays for a service and is not getting it.
