Or Tambo International passport control counter 3 lady pathetic behavior

I would like to make a complaint about the passport control iñ OR TAMBO INTERNATIONAL We arrived at 9:15 am from cairo. We were at pasport co trol at counter no 3 qt arpund 10:25am where the lady literally verbally abused us for no apparent reason. She screamed n told us so much **** but we were sent to her counter by one ofnher collegues who was directing the ques. She even told us to get out n ask some other counter to help. Pls investigate such people. She was at COUNTER 3today around 10:25am and lets take action against people with such ****** and inappropriate behavior so our country can be a more attractive and beautiful place fr tourists as well as locals.thers no need to shout and scream cauz u in an authoritative knd of job. Sad and disgusted and hope this will not be a matter thats just left unattended to.
