OR Tambo International Airport lost baggage return

I arrived on the 4 August 2023 with Ethiopian Airlines which delayed all my flights from Cameroon to Addis Ababa by 3 hours then from 00h00 midnight until 8am I had to sit at the airport because their was no flight at 23h00 which I was originally booked on. No information on the delays was sent to me. Once I got on the first flight they changed the information on their app which my sister kept viewing. When I eventually get to Johannesburg one bag of mine arrives and one does not. Many people were angry and one man swore the office staff at OR Tambo International Airport. When I reported my baggage is lost the lady attending recorded it in her register Nad handed me a guest letter with a telephone number to call. I rushed off to connect to my flight to Durban. Since I tried several times to call. The number given on the letter just rings continuously. I then sent an email to them and got a response from Patrick Mphela LPO Supervisor (***) advising me on the 11 August 2023 that my bag has been found and will be sent on the next flight to Durban. I live over 100km away from King Shaka Durban airport, so on the 15th Tuesday I went to the airport to collect my bag which I needed urgently because I had a conference on Saturday 19th and my files and books were also inside the bag. When I queried I was sent to domestic arrivals, from their send to all the different airline offices and to Nas colossal which was shut. Eventually through airports company at OR Tambo a lady physically went to the baggaging department and got hold of a this number to call directly (+***) I spoke to Zithombi on Tuesday 15th who could not give me a proper answer and promised to call back the same day. It is now the 21 August 2023 and to date I don't have my luggage and no contact from Or Tambo
