OR TAMBO AND IMMIGRATION

OR Tambo has the most pathetic, rude and unprofessional staff at immigration. My daughter was treated in such a bad way and humiliated infront of hundreds of people. There was no problem with her documentation but the woman had to humiliate and degrade her. Seems the woman thought because she wears a uniform she is the law. I am so glad I wasn't travelling with my daughter, I would have pulled the woman over the counter. Disgusting to think people dealing with the public can behave like she did. What a horrible experience for my daughter and fellow passengers.
