OR Tambo Airport

We flew from JHB to CPT on 30 December 2020. Arriving home, starting to unpack, we found all perfume (even the one received for Christmas and still wrapped in its plastic) were ****** from our bags. The other perfume was removed from its box and the empty box was left in my bag. We contacted Kulula and they referred us to the airport Lost and ****** department. We have tried calling the numbers received, with no success. Wrap your bags when you are travelling from OR Tambo!!!!!! No one wants to take responsibility for the ******* working at OR Tambo!!!!!!
