NO STAFF = MISSED FLIGHTS

The flight EY6274 landed at 08:20 at OR Tambo. Allowing the 3 travellers 70min to get to the next boarding gates. Mr \A"got onto to the first bus to be taken to the airport. Mr \""B\"" & Mr \""C\"" had to wait for the next bus. They only got went into the airport building at 08:45. Leaving them only 40min to get to the boarding gates. here were hundreds of people waiting in the line and only 2 operators. Mr A\"" went up to the security to make them aware that their plane would be departing soon and they would miss their flight. The security told them to stand in line and wait like the rest of the travelers.
