NO SERVICE FROM PARKING OFFICE

The ticket machine swallowed my ticket and wouldn't let me pay. Tried the help button, rang for 10 minutes with no answer. Tried calling the office line multiple times with no answer. Went to the exit to press for help, no answer. Every one who works in the parking lot says to press the help button because "they will eventually answer" - really now?? What a disaster and so inconvenient when all you want to do is pay for parking and go home. What exactly are they doing in the parking office if they're not answering the calls for assistance?? Completely useless!!
