NO SECURITY PRESENT IN PARKING AT OR TAMBO
On 16 July 2015, I lodged a complaint on the ACSA website - Customer Care at OR Tambo - received Ref No. QORT***QHPSFG via SMS advising: \We will attend to your query in the next Business Day". Numerous business days have passed and I have NOT received a response in this regard. The complaint is regarding LACK OF SECURITY in P2 parking lot at OR Tambo airport. Clearly ACSA customer care is not very proactive regarding customers safety at the airport!!!<br> """
