No communication to tourists regarding Cape Town Water Restrictions / Draught

<p>My sister recently arrived in Cape Town airport, and had no idea that there was a major drought or water restrictions in Cape Town. There was no communication in the airport or any announcement on the flight. </p> <p>Surely it's a simple yet effective thing to impliment i.e. all incoming flights should annouce the severity of our water shortage and encourage tourists to be respectful and not waste water. </p>
