No baggage trollies in site when collecting baggage

On the 4th January 2023, we arrived at OR Tambo Airport at about 19h15 on flight SA 191 from Mauritius. When collecting our baggage, there were no baggage trollies in sight. We are a couple in our seventies and had to carry our own baggage to the exit at terminal B. On the pavement outside terminal B there were 30 to 40 emty trollies standing. Surely if the airport was managed properly, some of these trollies could be moved to the baggage hall.
