My luggage was ripped open and my things ****** at OR Tambo International Airport

My luggage was broken into and things ****** from it even though I had wrapped up my bag with the plastic wrap. My expensive perfumes, hat, sling bag, entire make-up bag, brand new shoes, deodorant and face moisturizer all gone by an OR Tambo International Airport employee who had the filthy audacity to ravage through my personal property and ***** what does not belong to them. This is the stuff that I have noticed so far. I see on the internet articles of complaints from many people who have experienced the same and yet nothing tangible and concrete has been done, no one brought to book and no consequences for these *********!!! What exactly are we supposed to do to protect our property because we cannot take it on board with us!!!! How are you supposed to feel when you get to your destination and find that your privacy has been invaded??? The first thing I noticed when my suitcase showed up on the carousel was that it was no longer wrapped up, only to find it stuffed inside my bag when I got to my accommodation with my personal items missing!!! I want my things back and I want the ******** brought to boo**** I have written a complaint to you ACSA and if there is no response from this I am going to the papers!!!
