My 2year old almost died due to incompetence

My 2year old child had a seizure just as we got through the boarding gates and they all just stood there and watched while they did nothing they couldn't get hold of ambulance. When I came running back as I was dropping them off to go to cape Town to assist my wife and 7 year old son, they wouldn't let me in... They called the supervisor Takalani and she started shouting at staff telling them I shouldnt even have got that far. You are more than welcome to pull camera feeds for today 08/12/2021 at 8am and see how they treated an almost dying child. They only people that treated us like humans was they lovely paramedic lady from there on site hospital and the medics from emer-g-med Thulani and Lebo. As from Or Tambo I want a written apology and my flight re-imbursted as the last thing you said to my panicked wife was "Sorry no refund."
