Review should be for a staff member more than ACSA. Travelled with family of 5 from King Shaka to OR Tambo 27/12/2024. Son in wheelchair. ACSA staff member at King Shaka tasked to assist my son: MALUSI. EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT !!! Friendly helpful and professional. Kids 1st flight experience and he contributed to the enjoyment.
