Luggage Tampered with by OR Tambo Staff

My wife's bag was broken open and her belongings tampered with.

Upon contacting the airport to report a complaint they simply said that it isn't their problem and only directed me to the police.

No apology. No help whatsoever. NO CARE OR RESPECT AT ALL!!

The person in question representing OR Tambo - Gary Hallows.

I then told him that I'd put in a complaint against him as well for his useless response after which he in his own words said: "Hi will report you to the police for abuse. You paeophile"

I'm sorry this is inexcusable and unacceptable.

And I'm still sitting without any resolve from the airport.
