Luggage Break-ins Airport Staff

I was on a flight to East London from OR Tambo on 11/11, my bag zip was secured with a cable tie. Upon unpacking in EL, I found the cable tie removed, and my toiletry bag open, somebody had gone through my luggage and my toiletry bag. They we obviously rushed for time and did not close the toiletry bag. I had all my valuables in my hand luggage thank goodness otherwise that would have been taken . The back that staff broke my cable tie and went through my items is an invasion of my privacy! The festive season is coming up and the staff will be starting 'Christmas shopping" at the expense of passengers on airlines! I want this taken further as this is going to happen to other passengers as well, if not already...
