Lost parcel

My parcel was send from Germany on the 29th of. January and let Germany on the 30th January. It was scanned at OR Tambo international airport in Johannesburg on the 5th February.

I called the international post office in Johannesburg but with no avail the told me the parcel isn't yet at the international mail centre. The parcel is my work contract that I need for my visa for Germany so now I am stuck as nobody can give me answers about my parcel and I would have to cancel my appointment at the German embassy deu to customs not releasing my parcel.
