LOST LUGGAGE NO COMPENSATION

My luggage went missing on arrival at King Shaka Airport on 16 March 2015. To this day my bag has not been located and no one at the airport or Emerites airline want to take up the responsibility and compensate me for my loss.I left Paris with 3 luggage bags and arrived in Durban with 2.... where is my 3rd bag? i have opened a police case but it has been found undetected so its been filed away.
