Lost luggage

I arrived at 10h05 on 7 January 2020 from Dubai to King Shaka and Airport. I lost a parcel at the airport at customs. I spoke to a few staff of the airport on the phone but still got no feedback from them. Eventually I put my story on KIA Facebook page. I was asked for my contact number which I gave to them on Facebook. I never got a call from them up till today. I then asked my friend to check if my lost parcel was with SAPS at the airport. I gave her a letter and a copy of my ID as well as a case no. She received the parcel from them but some stuff was missing which cost me 20 Australia Dollars. I am not happy at all as I bought the missing items for someone else.
