Long term parking *******

On Thursday I wanted use long term parking but at entry boom message displayed ‘out of order’ (level 1). There was parking available (2 spaces on the left hand side). We called help on the box and the guard said we should use level above. I asked him if this will be same charge as long term and he said yes. We returned today and went to parking office and lady said we should pay normal rates which was R570 compared to long term parking R280!! This is just plain down ******* ! I always use long term parking when it was outside and there was always space and boom was working. Is this a new money making scheme from ACSA ? Purposely making booms not work and sending people to upper parking where they are forced to pay more ! Was this the purpose of turning outside parking to staff parking and reducing long term space to nail the ordinary citizen more ! Hope u guys feel proud of yourself for *********** citizens and making tourism & traveling and absolute nightmare in South Africa !
