Left a foul smell......

We immigrated in the 31st of July, departing from OR Tambo International. Upon arrival, we immediately took out luggage to be wrapped. The person who helped us told us not to wrap the vanity bag, it may be necessary to be checked. We used a combination lock to secure the bag. When we received our luggage in Auckland, the lock was only on one part of the zipper and all my perfume- gone!!

I don't know whether the people work together to ***** from passengers, or who gave them the right to go through the bag without our consent.

Be warned, and have everything wrapped. Rather remove all plastic if needed.

Utterly disgusted. The security needs to be revised on SA's side.
