King Shaka International Airport

King Shaka International airport has the most unfriendly and useless people working there. I actually dread flying to and from Durban because of dealing with these useless people!! They know nothing and you end up missing your flight because of them!!! They refuse to help you and what they say is final!!! Absolutely pathetic and bad service!!!
