Kimberley airport

Kimberley airport has no regard for their small businesses. I thought we are a priority. As small businesses we get crucified when we do not deliver and we will pay dearly but someone like ACSA Kimberley can just walk off. I have done work, sent in my invoice and CLEARLY ADVISED MY INFORMATION ON MY INVOICE . Whats the point of giving in an invoice when you anyway do as you please!

Someone did wrong by not paying attention to my details, they still getting paid and I, a small business owner must suffer! WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER/CLIENT SERVICE??????
