JHB airport pathetic luggage services

For the first time travelling abroad,On return.My luggage needed to be checked in again back to Cape Town.Suitcases were in good condition still.Then on arrival at Cape Town International airport,I’ve picked up my luggage only to see that my bags were tampered with.Brand new cases which now look like 2nd hand luggage.When I got home I’ve discovered few of my items have been ******.R3000 with of goods.I will be calling the airport first thing to lay a charge.This is pathetic services.
