Itumeleng Ntlapo unprofessional

Itumeleng Ntlapo is the WORST person to be working at Peking assistance, more so during the pandemic. She is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND OFFERED NO HELP. She even dropped the phone twice and told me she was not going to help me. Calls from the second time were all recovered to show proof of the unprofessionalism and disappointment from that team. New parking management is required ASAP
