The pre-booked long term parking is a ****. I paid just under R600 for a week's parking, emailed them to confirm that the booked parking is in order. Never heard back. Upon exit I was charged an additional R1200 on my card, which I didn't authorize. The instruction is to pre-book and pay and use your card that you paid with in order to open the boom gates as 'the system will pick up your pre-booking'. Once I got home I saw that I got charged an additional R1200 upon exit. Avoid this option at all cost, I am referring to the ACSA parking on the bookings.airport site.
