I arrived at the airport with 3 teenagers on 4 October. At 12:00 We called for an uber. Upon arrival of the uber we were decended upon by a civilian and an airport employee who literally took our luggage out of the boot, slamed the doors in our faces and told us to take a taxi. When i asked for the security the employee wearing the yellow vest told us that "there's a letter from The government" to say the uber cant be there. This ************ was uncalled for and very disturbing. Their manner was aggressive and to top it off the metro police officer did nothing to assist us instead zeroed in on the uber. Why is it ok for us to be victims when we just needed to get from A to B!!
