Incorrect billing on website / King Shaka International Airport Parking

<p>On the 12 September 2017 I parked my car at King Shaka Airport Long Stay parking. I was traveling from Durban - George, George - Johannesburg and Johannesburg to Durban. I check the website the night before and on the site they said per day is R50. I parked there knowing that I'll be back that evening. When I landed I went to pay for my parking and the machine said I owe R200. I then phoned at the machine for assistance. First the lady who answered explained that the flat rate is R200 then after its R50 per day. I explained that on the website its not clear because there is R200 for 3 days then there are blank spaces and on the forth row it says per day R50. Then I told her that that's not how I understand it and I do not have the money to pay for parking I only have R60 with me. She said she'll call her supervisor, she told me that there is nothing they can do I must phone for someone to come fetch me as they wont let me out. I told her that I just moved to Durban and I don't know anyone and I'm a widow with two kids waiting for me at the neighbours house. I also told them that my neighbour is an old lady and my phone and laptop are off as I ran out of battery life. The lady told me it's not her problem I must sort myself out. I found it very appalling that she just hung up on me without even caring that I have no means of transport and I was just hurt that another passenger who had come to pay for his parking saw my distress that he gave me R150.00 to pay for the parking. I was so thankful for the man for helping me out even when I offered to pay him back later he said no. The supervisor was so unfeeling and mean and I hope you don't have to go through that in life where you have nothing and everyone throws the towel on you and hangs up on you. I'm happy that the man paid for me and I now know how it feels like when I pay for people who are short on tills or I give a car guard R20 as a tip for looking after my car feels.
