Horrible situation

My boyfriend has been detained at the cape town international airport now for 3 weeks, the first 1 was he came in with a bit of money, they detained him. Went to court, he paid the fine, the magistrate gave him a certified letter saying he could leave and fly to me in Johannesburg, now this week booking his ticket, he got detained again, they have him in the lobby lounge on the airport, he hasn't had decent food for 3 weeks or bath, nobody let's you know, he is a doctor, but yet they treat you bad, this is horrible, I need somebody to either help him, or tell me what to do. I don't have a job, no car, I need to sort this out
