Hi. Because of Sal strike they are over busy. People pay a small fortune for tickets, then they are delayed not for minutes, but hours without proper information or refunds or compensation. We as the consumer are being taken for granted and just have to accept. How do they expect from a woman having to fly home, be delayed for 3 hours drive her car home when landed at 12h30in the am.
