Helpful - efficient - exceeded expectations
I was double charged on my credit card after paying for parking at one of the paystations. I lodged a query on their website and was contacted via email shortly after. Communications regarding the process and progress was regular and clear, and the money was refunded the next day.<br> <br> Thank you
